About the Role: AI Partner Solutions Manager, Google Cloud Marketplace
As the Google Cloud Marketplace AI Partner Solutions Leader, you’ll set roadmap priorities and work closely with product teams to translate business priorities into product truth across multiple experiences — grounding decisions in usage telemetry, user research, and a rigorous evidence-based approach. You’ll focus squarely on high-value enterprise problems, improving end-user discoverability and enabling enterprise procurement through controls that balance governance and usability.
This role requires deep fluency in cloud marketplace dynamics, AI agent and infrastructure technologies, and the economics of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional peers — including engineering, product, and partner stakeholders — and be expected to drive operational excellence while navigating a fast-paced, strategically complex environment. The Global Partnerships organization you’ll be part of is responsible for exploring new opportunities across Google’s broad partner ecosystem, from advertising and Search to Payments and beyond.
Benefits and Salary

Responsibilities
This role demands someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution level simultaneously. You’ll be shaping the Google Cloud Marketplace roadmap, recruiting and co-innovating with partners, and ensuring that enterprise customers can procure and govern AI solutions with confidence. - Partner with product teams to translate business priorities into product direction across multiple experiences, using usage telemetry and user research

Requirements / Skills
Google is seeking a deeply experienced technology leader who combines cloud marketplace expertise with a strong grasp of AI agent ecosystems and enterprise procurement dynamics. The ideal candidate brings both supply and demand-side experience to the table, with a track record of driving measurable results in complex, high-scale environments. Strong cross-organizational influence — up to the executive level — is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience with technology, including in a hyperscaler cloud marketplace with a focus on software licensing, procurement, and governance
- IaaS/PaaS/SaaS market knowledge including B2B software ecosystems, lifecycle management, and cloud-based technologies
- AI agent and infrastructure experience including familiarity with user experiences and the economics of agentic systems
- MBA or equivalent preferred, along with experience managing complex enterprise products through scale distribution platforms
- Cloud marketplace expertise on both supply and demand sides, with measurable results in ecosystem development and enterprise procurement enablement
- Technical understanding of AI agents, agentic systems, trust, governance, and interoperability
- Excellent cross-organizational leadership with the ability to influence executive business, product, engineering, and partner stakeholders
