About the Role: Account Executive

As an Account Executive at UPS, you’ll manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C customers across a defined territory in the Greater Toronto and Caledon area. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and acquiring new business, while also retaining and expanding your existing book of clients. You’ll assess customer needs, design tailored logistics solutions, and negotiate agreements that drive measurable results for both the client and UPS.

Day-to-day, you’ll work on-site at the Caledon service centre one day per week (12424 Dixie Rd., Caledon, ON) and spend the remainder of your week on the road. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery, while keeping your CRM records accurate and up to date. A coach and mentor will be assigned to support your development throughout.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive role at UPS is equal parts hunter and relationship manager. You’ll be responsible for growing a defined territory through proactive prospecting, tailored solution-building, and ongoing client retention — all while keeping detailed records and collaborating with internal teams to deliver on commitments.

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and positioning UPS as a strategic logistics partner

Requirements / Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related field (required)

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid Class G driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory using your own vehicle
  • Availability to work flexible hours when required
