About the Role: Warehouse Worker II

As a Warehouse Worker II at UPS Burlington, your day-to-day will revolve around the full cycle of warehouse operations. You’ll receive and inspect inbound products, select and verify orders, and prepare shipments for pick-up — all while following client procedures and government compliance regulations. Responsibilities

The Warehouse Worker II role at UPS Burlington covers the complete flow of warehouse logistics — from the moment products arrive to the time shipments leave the dock. Staying organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious is essential in keeping daily operations on track.

• Receive and inspect inbound products, confirming quantities and condition
• Process returns by counting items, assessing condition, and completing the necessary paperwork
• Pick and verify orders by selecting products from designated locations and confirming accuracy
• Stage and pack products securely in preparation for outbound shipments
• Coordinate pick-ups by contacting carriers and scheduling shipment arrangements
• Palletize and load cases by wrapping skids and loading them onto trailers
• Create shipping labels and maintain accurate data in the warehouse management system
• Operate power equipment safely, including forklifts and other heavy machinery
• Respond to inquiries from clients and customers, resolving issues and escalating service concerns to supervisors

Requirements / Skills

UPS is looking for candidates who are reliable, physically capable, and ready to contribute to a high-volume logistics environment. Prior warehouse experience is an asset, and those who bring equipment operation skills to the table will stand out. • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required
• Warehouse experience is preferred and will be given priority consideration
• Forklift certification or experience is preferred for operating power equipment on site

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with carriers, clients, and supervisors
• Physical capability to handle packages, palletize cases, and work in an active warehouse setting
