About the Role: Warehouse Worker II (MHE)
As a Warehouse Associate II, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of warehouse functions including unloading, sorting, picking, kitting, packing, and shipping. You may support multiple client accounts and will use PC-based warehouse management systems (WMS) to track packages, confirm shipments, print labels, and conduct inventory counts. Direct contact with customers and vendors is part of the job, with oversight from a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
This role demands a strong understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and government compliance regulations. You’ll be expected to maintain accuracy, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a positive, productive team environment.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be involved in nearly every aspect of the warehouse operation — from the moment product arrives to the moment it ships out. Your attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and compliance standards will be essential to keeping the operation running smoothly and accurately.
- Receive and inspect inbound product according to established SOPs
- Put away product in correct locations and handle returns by counting quantities and confirming condition
- Pick and verify orders — confirming product name, size, code, lot number, expiration date, and quantity; escalate concerns to Lead or Supervisor
- Pack and stage product securely with appropriate documentation, labels, and markings per SOPs
- Coordinate outbound shipments, arrange carrier pickups, and create shipping labels, waybills, and manifests for parcels and LTL skid shipments
- Operate power equipment including pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely
- Use RF Scanners to electronically scan barcodes and maintain accurate data in the warehouse management system
- Conduct cycle counts — daily, weekly, and/or monthly — and identify OS&D (overstock, shortages, damages), reporting or correcting discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, resolve issues, and communicate service concerns to the Supervisor
- Compile client reports including KPI reports per SOP requirements
- Promote workplace safety, participate in the Comprehensive Health & Safety Program (CHSP) committee, and ensure all equipment is in proper working order

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Warehouse experience is required — familiarity with warehousing terminology and practices is expected
- MHE operation experience — comfortable with forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- RF Scanner proficiency and comfort working with PC-based warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of SOPs and GMP as well as government and compliance regulations
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy, inventory counts, and shipping documentation
- Ability to work overnight shifts, Monday through Friday, 10pm to 6:30am
