This position starts at $18.50 per hour with automatic wage progression through the Union Collective Agreement, reaching $31.49 per hour after 48 months of service. Pay is issued weekly via direct deposit every Friday. Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester, paid training, personal paid days off, and 2 weeks of paid vacation after one year of service (increasing up to 6 weeks after 25 years). After one year, employees gain access to extended health care benefits covering vision, health, life insurance, and dental. Note that monthly union dues of approximately $52/month and a one-time $50 union initiation fee (deducted after 90 working days) apply.
