About the Role: Transportation Specialist

As a Transportation Specialist at UPS Burlington, your day-to-day will revolve around keeping client and carrier reporting accurate and timely. You’ll run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports from various platforms, compile the data for clients, and maintain transportation systems to ensure everything is running smoothly. This is a highly detail-oriented role where data integrity is non-negotiable.

Beyond reporting, you’ll coordinate with clients, carriers, and operations stakeholders to handle ad hoc requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaboration across departments is a key part of this role, and you’ll be expected to contribute to various initiatives and projects as operational needs evolve. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibility in start and finish times, this role follows a structured 40-hour work week.

Requirements / Skills

• 1 year of transportation-related experience — required for this role
