What Does a Team Member Do?

As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of Tim Hortons, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring they leave with a positive experience. From taking orders and preparing drinks to crafting sandwiches and maintaining our high standards, you’ll play a crucial role in making each guest’s day better.
