About the Role: Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Dollarama Winnipeg, you’ll take charge of day-to-day store operations alongside the management team. Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your day-to-day will keep you active and engaged across all areas of the store. From supervising staff to managing inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction, every shift brings a mix of leadership and hands-on retail work. These responsibilities are central to keeping the store running at a high standard.
- Lead and supervise store associates, providing daily guidance, support, and direction
- Manage merchandising tasks including shelf stocking, boxing, and unboxing daily shipments
- Uphold customer service standards and address complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Fulfil manager-on-duty tasks including monitoring breaks, time-keeping, and attendance
- Implement visual merchandising standards in line with Dollarama’s company strategy
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on an ongoing basis
- Perform cash management duties along with store opening and closing procedures as needed
- Participate in inventory processes and support the employee training and evaluation cycle
