About the Role: Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Dollarama, your day-to-day involves a blend of people management and hands-on retail operations. Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities cover both people management and store operations. From guiding associates on the floor to ensuring compliance with company standards, every task you take on contributes directly to the store’s performance and customer experience.

  • Lead and supervise store associates day-to-day, providing clear direction, guidance, and support
