About the Role: Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of store associates, overseeing shelf stocking, store merchandising, and the daily receiving of shipments. You’ll also handle critical operational tasks like cash management, store opening and closing procedures, and ensuring that break schedules and time and attendance tracking are properly maintained.
Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll actively contribute to building a strong team culture by participating in employee training, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Store safety and cleanliness are also part of your mandate, and you’ll be expected to uphold high standards consistently.

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader at Dollarama in Quebec City, your day will blend people management with hands-on store operations. From guiding associates through their shifts to ensuring the store looks its best, your role is central to the store’s success and customer experience.
- Lead and supervise store associates, offering guidance and support throughout each shift
- Oversee store merchandising, shelf stocking, and the boxing and unboxing of daily shipments
