About the Role: Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of store associates, overseeing shelf stocking, store merchandising, and the daily receiving of shipments. You’ll also handle critical operational tasks like cash management, store opening and closing procedures, and ensuring that break schedules and time and attendance tracking are properly maintained.

Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll actively contribute to building a strong team culture by participating in employee training, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with company strategy
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Handle cash management as well as store opening and closing duties as required
• Participate in inventory processes and contribute to accuracy and efficiency
• Support employee training and take part in performance evaluations

Requirements / Skills
