About the Role: Stock Unloader Associate

Responsibilities
The Stock Unloader Associate role is centered on keeping product flowing efficiently from incoming trailers to the sales floor. Every shift contributes directly to product availability for customers and the overall performance of the store’s receiving and stocking operations.
- Prepare and reset the Receiving Area at the start of each shift to ensure a safe and organized workspace
- Unload and sort general merchandise trailers in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete live unloading of all remaining merchandise to keep the receiving process on schedule
- Maintain cold chain protocols for refrigerated and frozen products during receiving and stocking
- Pull pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
- Assist with stocking the sales floor as directed and provide customer service when required
- Label and place overstock merchandise in designated areas
- Uphold a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policy, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
