About the Role: Stock Unloader Associate

As a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Surrey, you’re the engine behind a well-stocked store. Responsibilities

Working as a Stock Unloader Associate means your day is filled with purposeful, physical work that keeps Walmart’s shelves stocked and customers happy. From the receiving dock to the sales floor, each task you complete plays a role in the store’s overall performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and reset the Receiving Area and unload general merchandise trailers, including live unloading of remaining merchandise
  • Maintain cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products to ensure product integrity
  • Pull pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
  • Assist with stocking the sales floor as assigned to keep shelves full and organized
  • Provide customer service as needed to support a positive in-store shopping experience
  • Label and place overstock merchandise in designated areas for efficient inventory management
  • Follow safety policies and procedures, complete safety sweep logs, and ensure displays and fixtures are secure
  • Manage physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
