Specialist (Seasonal, Part-Time) – Apple – Richmond, BC
Location: Vancouver, BC | Company: Apple
Apple Retail in Richmond, BC is looking for a Seasonal Part-Time Specialist to join their team and deliver the kind of customer experience that only Apple can offer. If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, understanding what they need, and helping them get the most out of technology, this role could be a great fit for you.
As a Retail Specialist, your day-to-day centres on customer engagement — asking the right questions, listening carefully, and recommending Apple products and services that genuinely match each customer’s lifestyle. This isn’t a typical sales role; it’s about building real connections and creating lasting brand loyalty through meaningful interactions on the retail floor.
About the Role: Retail Specialist (Seasonal, Part-Time)
In this position, you’ll be the face of Apple Retail, guiding customers through their purchasing journey with confidence and care. From identifying ownership opportunities to walking someone through their new iPhone setup, your goal is to deliver an experience that feels personal and genuinely helpful. You’ll stay sharp on Apple’s constantly evolving lineup of products, services, and purchase options, so you can always offer relevant, up-to-date guidance.
Teamwork is core to this role. You’ll be expected to support your peers across the store, share your product knowledge, and contribute to an environment where everyone — customers and colleagues alike — feels welcome and respected. Apple places real emphasis on inclusion and diversity, and that commitment shows up in everyday interactions on the floor.
Benefits and Salary
Apple is known for offering competitive employee benefits and perks for its retail team members. While specific compensation details for this seasonal part-time role are not listed in this posting, Apple typically provides team members with access to product discounts, employee development resources, and a collaborative work culture. More details on compensation and benefits will be shared during the hiring process.
