About the Role: Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in both the routine cadence of financial planning and reporting and the longer-term work of building better tools and processes. The position requires someone who can balance the detail-oriented demands of budgeting and forecasting with a broader, strategic view of how finance can support the business.

  • Prepare accurate and timely budgets and forecasts, monitor results against targets, and provide detailed variance analysis
  • Develop a strong understanding of major financial performance drivers and support action plans to achieve financial goals and mitigate risks
  • Deliver meaningful, actionable insights that serve both financial and non-financial stakeholder groups
  • Build and maintain financial models, reporting tools, and analysis to improve visibility and decision support across the IT portfolio
  • Streamline reporting processes, increase automation, and partner cross-functionally to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and reporting

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in financial analysis and modelling, paired with the communication skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
