About the Role: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you’ll oversee every aspect of day-to-day operations at an urban Terrebonne location. Benefits and Salary

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenues and labour costs to make informed operational decisions
• Evaluate and plan daily operations to maintain efficiency across all service periods
• Recruit, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain proper coverage and team performance
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial forms
• Organize and maintain inventory and negotiate supply arrangements with vendors
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Manage events and negotiate with clients for catering or facility use as needed

Requirements / Skills

• College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field
