This position sits at the heart of UPS’s package handling and delivery operation. As a Preloader, you’ll be responsible for the physical movement of packages — loading them into delivery vehicles and trailers, unloading incoming freight, and sorting packages based on postal codes. The work takes place in a warehouse setting with changing temperatures, and you’ll be working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles as part of your regular duties. Benefits and Salary
This role starts at $18.50 per hour (above the $17.95 minimum wage), with guaranteed wage progression through the Union Collective Agreement — reaching $36.53 per hour after seniority plus 48 months of service. Responsibilities

Requirements / Skills
