Responsibilities
Each morning, the Preload team plays a critical role in getting packages sorted and loaded before drivers hit the road. The work is physical, repetitive in nature, and requires attention to detail — especially when sorting by postal code. Here’s what you’ll be doing on a typical shift:
- Load and unload UPS packages into trailers and package cars accurately and efficiently
- Sort and stock packages based on postal code to ensure proper routing

- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the shift in a fast-paced environment
Requirements / Skills
UPS is looking for candidates who are physically capable, reliable, and detail-oriented. Since this is an early morning shift that runs five days a week, consistent availability and punctuality are essential. Warehouse experience is an asset but not required — what matters most is your work ethic and ability to keep pace with a demanding environment.
