About the Role: People Business Partner
As a People Business Partner at Apple, your client group will be the Apple Retail Stores — a critical and strategic part of Apple’s ecosystem. As the People Business Partner for Apple Retail, you’ll be expected to manage a broad and dynamic scope of responsibilities — from coaching frontline leaders to driving enterprise-wide talent initiatives. - Leadership development: partner with Retail leaders to identify growth opportunities and support leadership effectiveness across the organization

- Consultative partnership: deliver people initiatives through a direct and trusted advisory relationship with the Retail leadership team

- 7–12 years of experience as a strategic HR partner, with a proven ability to drive people strategies aligned to business priorities

- Emotional intelligence: high EQ with relationship-building skills that earn trust at all levels of the organization
