About the Role: People Business Partner

Responsibilities

As a People Business Partner, your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with Retail Store leadership across the Americas, delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support. You’ll be expected to lead with data, act with empathy, and bring clarity to complex organizational challenges.

  • Drive leadership development programs that strengthen management capability across Apple Retail
  • Manage talent and performance initiatives, ensuring tools and processes are effectively implemented and adopted
  • Consult directly with Retail leadership on people initiatives, from workforce planning to employee engagement
  • Lead change management efforts, coordinating delivery and implementation across the organization
  • Mitigate organizational risk through proactive diagnosis and timely, dynamic solutions
  • Translate workforce analytics into actionable recommendations that shape business outcomes
  • Coach and mentor employees and leaders to support growth aligned with both business and personal goals
  • Advocate for the employee experience while upholding Apple’s culture and values at every level

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years of strategic HR experience and has a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving people strategies in complex, fast-moving organizations.   • 7–12 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or equivalent
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and inspire new ways of thinking as a trusted advisor
  • Strong proficiency with workforce data and the ability to translate analytics into meaningful recommendations
  • High emotional intelligence with strong relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated success leading talent initiatives, tools, and processes from ideation through implementation
  • Bilingual in French (CA) and English is considered an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; advanced degree and HR certifications are valued
  • Project or program management experience is a plus
