Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator, your work directly impacts every employee’s paycheque. You’ll be responsible for maintaining rigorous accuracy and timeliness within FedEx’s payroll processing systems, handling everything from routine processing to more complex adjustments and issue resolution.
- Process payroll on a weekly and biweekly basis, ensuring employee wages are calculated correctly and issued on time
- Calculate and validate adjustments to employee pay in response to payroll queries and related issues
- Follow quality control processes to maintain the accuracy and integrity of payroll data
- Administer payroll adjustments in a timely manner, responding to employee and management inquiries professionally
- Operate within a PC Windows environment using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Crystal Reports
