About the Role: Package Handler

As a Package Handler, your primary duties revolve around the loading and unloading of packages from delivery vehicles and trailers, sorting shipments by postal code, and stocking packages in the correct locations. You’ll follow UPS’s company-established package handling methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout each shift.

This role requires physical stamina and comfort working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles. You’ll be exposed to changing temperatures as part of the warehouse environment, so adaptability and a safety-conscious mindset are key. Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a pay rate of $18.15/hour, with automatic pay progression under the Union Collective Agreement — reaching a top rate of $30.11/hour after 48 months. Responsibilities

• Sort and stock packages accurately based on postal codes

Requirements / Skills

UPS is looking for dependable individuals who can handle the physical demands of warehouse work and commit to a consistent schedule. Prior warehouse experience is an asset, though not required — what matters most is reliability, physical capability, and a willingness to learn.

• Physical strength to lift up to 70 lbs. (32 kg) without assistance
• Full availability Monday to Friday (all five days per week)
• Legal ability to work up to 25 hours per week in Canada
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes accurately
• Comfort in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory
