Responsibilities
The Operations Lead is responsible for keeping store functions aligned, team members informed, and customer experiences exceptional. From managing inventory standards to coordinating with other teams on technology and merchandising, your day-to-day covers a wide range of operational and people-focused duties that directly shape the store’s success.
- Ensure compliance with Apple values and policies, including privacy standards and environmental initiatives, while fostering a culture of operational excellence
- Gather and interpret data to share insights with the leadership team, supporting strategy, celebrating wins, and identifying areas for improvement
- Manage preservation work order tasks and supply budgets in line with Apple standards
- Monitor health and safety standards across the store, including the maintenance and testing of life-safety and health systems
- Coordinate with the Operations team and Technology and Merchandising Pro to ensure store technology and demos meet Apple Retail standards
- Energize and align team members with store performance goals, priorities, and communications
- Address team feedback and time-sensitive concerns promptly, escalating issues to Store Leadership as appropriate
- Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and overrides
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by demonstrating Apple’s values of diversity and inclusion in daily activities
Requirements / Skills

- Retail or sales experience, or related work experience in a customer-facing environment

- Proficiency in written and spoken English (French proficiency required for Quebec-based roles)
