This reduced full-time role comes with a competitive starting pay of $18.95 per hour and offers between 30-39 hours of work per week.
Overview of the Role
This position is designed for those who excel in customer service and have a knack for leading teams in a dynamic retail environment.
As the Lead Retail Associate, you’ll be responsible for embodying and promoting a culture of customer obsession, trust, respect, and integrity, while also ensuring a fun and educational workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and train your team to do the same.
- Operational Leadership: Manage key responsibilities including opening and closing the store, and overseeing floor operations.
- Training: Provide training in areas like product knowledge and store operations, and help in identifying additional training needs.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, stocking, and replenishing of products to ensure smooth store operations.
- Store Upkeep: Ensure the store remains clean and meets high-quality standards at all times.
- Safety and Security: Work with management to maintain a safe store environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of one year in a leadership role within retail or similar settings; previous experience with Amazon is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Availability: Flexible availability within the store hours of 5 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
