Benefits and Salary
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000 CAD annually, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. As part of Amazon’s total compensation approach, the package may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Requirements / Skills

- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience in a structured work environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon blue badge/FTE experience
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours per shift
- 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques (preferred)
- Experience managing large teams of 50+ members (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen experience is a strong asset (preferred)
- Background in shipping/logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or customer-service environments is an advantage (preferred)
