About the Role: Inside Sales Associate
As an Inside Sales Associate at UPS, your primary focus is growing the UPS Small Package and Brokerage business within the small customer segment. The role involves a healthy mix of new client prospecting and relationship management with existing accounts.
Because this position involves regular interactions with clients outside of Quebec (approximately 50% of the time), bilingual proficiency in French and English is a firm requirement — both written and spoken. This position offers a wage of $18.50 per hour with weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday. Requirements / Skills
UPS is looking for a self-motivated, bilingual sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in B2B sales and the communication skills needed to engage clients in both official languages.
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, or a related field — required
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) — required, with approximately 50% of client interactions outside Quebec
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel — required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong financial and market knowledge with solid negotiation and presentation abilities
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle for business use
- Flexibility with start and finish times, with availability to work all 5 days Monday to Friday
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent — preferred
