As the Head of Omnichannel Retail, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives and serve as a strategic partner to C-suite clients across the retail sector. Your mandate is to develop long-term joint business strategies, present Google advertising solutions — including Search, YouTube, CTV, and AI-powered Performance products — and ensure your clients are achieving their most ambitious marketing goals. Responsibilities

Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (required)
  • 12+ years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media (required)
  • People management experience — demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams (required)
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Solutions — including AI-powered Performance, CTV, and video advertising — as well as the broader competitive landscape (preferred)
  • Leadership experience in sales and operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking (preferred)
  • Ability to influence executive-level clients and drive results in complex, agile, cross-functional environments (preferred)
  • Understanding of customer business objectives and experience developing joint business plans in ambiguous environments (preferred)
