Responsibilities
As a Customer Rep-Station, your day-to-day work revolves around delivering reliable service to FedEx customers and supporting the administrative backbone of station operations. Every interaction matters — from answering questions to handling shipments — and your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction and station efficiency.
- Assist customers directly at the station by providing accurate information and resolving service inquiries
- Perform administrative duties required for efficient station operations
- Promote FedEx products and services to support continued sales and identify incremental revenue opportunities
- Handle packages physically, including lifting up to 70 lbs and manoeuvring packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Complete mandatory training and achieve minimum thresholds on all required testing and recurrent training programs
- Operate in a PC Windows environment to support station administrative functions
- Communicate effectively in both French and English to serve Quebec customers in their preferred language
Requirements / Skills
