Creative Pro – Apple – Surrey, BC
Location: Vancouver, BC | Company: Apple
Apple’s retail presence in Surrey just got a little more exciting. The Apple Store at Guildford Town Centre is looking for a Creative Pro — a role built for someone who genuinely loves helping people get more out of Apple technology and has a talent for making that learning feel natural, inspiring, and memorable.
This isn’t a traditional sales position. As a Creative Pro, you’ll be at the centre of the store’s Today at Apple programming, mentoring your team, facilitating sessions for customers, and acting as the go-to resource for everything related to Apple’s ecosystem. If you thrive in front of an audience and love connecting people to technology that matters to them, this role is worth a closer look.
About the Role: Creative Pro
The Creative Pro at Apple serves as both an educator and an ambassador. You’ll design and deliver Today at Apple sessions that get customers genuinely engaged with Apple products and services — not just using them, but truly understanding what they can do. Your work extends beyond the sales floor into the local community, identifying what matters to customers and connecting them with relevant programming and activities throughout the store.
Equally important is your role as a mentor and facilitator within the store team. You’ll support the development of fellow Today at Apple team members, share your knowledge of Apple’s products and internal support resources, and help build a culture where inclusion, curiosity, and continuous learning are part of everyday work. Customer feedback is something you’ll actively seek out, analyse, and act on to keep improving the in-store experience.
Benefits and Salary
Apple is known for offering a competitive total compensation package to its retail team members. For postings in Ontario, qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the pay range, with top candidates who bring exceptional experience potentially offered up to the range maximum. While specific salary figures are not listed for this Surrey location, Apple’s retail compensation typically includes health benefits, employee product discounts, wellness resources, and access to ongoing professional development and training programmes.
