About the Role: Community Specialist, Channel Retail

Working 40 hours per week on a typical Wednesday through Sunday schedule (with flexibility based on business needs), you’ll be out in the community representing Apple at various partner retail locations. You’ll drive your own route — reliable personal transportation is required — visiting stores to train staff, engage customers, and ensure the Apple in-store experience meets brand standards from merchandising to product knowledge.

You’ll serve as a true brand ambassador, influencing the Apple experience even when you’re not physically in the store. Your ability to build trusted relationships with retail partners, educate customers, and share insights back with internal Apple teams will define your success in this role. Collaboration with your leader on weekly partner visits and the ability to escalate issues quickly and effectively will also be key.

Responsibilities
