Apple is hiring a Community Specialist, Channel Retail to represent the brand across multiple partner reseller locations throughout the community. This is a field-based role built for someone who thrives on human connection, loves Apple technology, and wants to shape how customers and partners experience the brand every single day.

From ensuring Apple fixtures and product displays meet brand standards to coaching partner staff on the latest promotions, your impact extends well beyond the time you spend on-site.
This role requires 40 hours per week with occasional overtime and demands flexibility as the schedule can shift based on business needs. You’ll need to provide your own reliable transportation to navigate your community. Collaboration with your leader on weekly partner visit plans keeps your efforts aligned with broader team goals, and the feedback you gather from the field helps shape strategy across Apple teams.
