About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

This part-time, daytime position puts you right in the heart of the store’s daily operations. You’ll be responsible for stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and responding to customer needs as they arise. Keeping the department area neat and well-organized while meeting company standards is a key part of what you’ll do each day.

Working as part of a collaborative store team, you’ll also assist with inventory, support company-directed promotions, and ensure that health and safety standards are consistently upheld. Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset go a long way in this role.

Benefits and Salary

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 to $22.19 per hour. Please note this is a unionized position, and pay rates are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement — the range shown reflects the starting range. • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer questions and needs in a courteous, resourceful manner
• Stock and maintain shelves and product displays to meet company standards throughout your shift
• Ensure accurate product scanning and help identify inventory needs
• Assist with ordering when inventory levels require attention
• Set up promotions and programs as directed by the company
• Keep department areas neat and organized at all times
• Uphold health and safety standards in all areas of the department
