About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Store Colleague at Loblaws, your day-to-day will centre on keeping product displays well-stocked and responding to customer needs in a prompt and courteous manner. You’ll work across departments as needed, support company promotions, and make sure your area always meets health and safety standards. This is a hands-on role that keeps you moving and engaged throughout every shift.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, this role keeps you actively engaged on the store floor — from restocking shelves to assisting customers and supporting your team. These responsibilities are essential to delivering a positive in-store shopping experience and ensuring the store runs efficiently throughout each shift.

• Provide great customer service by ensuring store shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in accordance with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs throughout the store
• Keep department areas neat and uphold all health and safety standards
• Inspire customers through friendly conversation and product knowledge
