About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk
As a Coffee Shop Clerk, your day-to-day focus will be on delivering a positive shopping experience for customers while keeping your department organized, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll handle everything from product scanning and inventory management to setting up company-directed promotions and responding to customer inquiries with a helpful attitude.
This is a unionized position, which means your pay rates and working conditions are governed by a collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities
As a Coffee Shop Clerk at Loblaws, your shift will revolve around keeping the department in top shape while delivering genuine, helpful service to customers. From stocking shelves to scanning products accurately, every task plays a part in creating a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs promptly and courteously
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
- Set up company-directed promotions and programs as directed
- Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards at all times
