About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk
As a Coffee Shop Clerk, you’ll be responsible for delivering great customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring shelves are stocked and ready for shoppers. You’ll help customers find what they need, respond to their questions with a friendly and resourceful attitude, and support the overall flow of the department. You’ll also assist with inventory management, including identifying product needs and supporting ordering processes.

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 – $22.19 per hour. Responsibilities
Day to day, you’ll be keeping the coffee shop area stocked, clean, and customer-ready. These responsibilities are central to ensuring shoppers have a positive experience and that the department operates efficiently throughout your shift.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage customers through helpful, friendly conversation
- Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company standards
