About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Coffee Shop Clerk at Loblaws, your day-to-day will centre on making sure your section is well-stocked, organized, and welcoming for shoppers. You’ll interact with customers regularly, answer their questions, and help them find what they need — all while keeping an eye on inventory levels and product displays.

You’ll also play a role in health and safety compliance, ensuring the department meets company standards. Whether you’re setting up a promotion, scanning products accurately, or helping with ordering, your attention to detail and reliability will directly impact the shopping experience for Ottawa customers.

Responsibilities

In this Coffee Shop Clerk role, you’ll be responsible for keeping your department stocked, organized, and customer-ready throughout every shift. These day-to-day tasks are essential to delivering the kind of in-store experience that keeps Ottawa shoppers coming back to Loblaws.

• Deliver great customer service by engaging with shoppers in a courteous and helpful manner
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company presentation standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and flag inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
• Keep department areas neat and consistently uphold health and safety standards
• Respond to customer questions resourcefully and with product knowledge
