Responsibilities
Day to day, you’ll split your time between floor leadership, team development, and operational execution. These responsibilities reflect the breadth of what it means to be a manager at Apple — not just managing tasks, but genuinely investing in your people and your store’s performance.
- Lead and develop a team of retail professionals, empowering each member to grow and achieve both performance and developmental goals
- Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team that reflects Apple’s commitment to inclusion
- Participate actively in Floor Leadership by engaging with team members and customers throughout the store and modelling best practices in customer service
- Address concerns and escalations from customers and team members, partnering with leadership and People partners when appropriate
- Drive business priorities by planning and executing operational strategies within your assigned functional areas of the store
- Maintain company policies and procedures, protecting all company assets including confidential business and financial information
- Foster inclusion by respecting differences, demonstrating Apple’s values in daily activities, and taking action to create a safe and respectful environment

Requirements / Skills

- Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field is required
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in line with business needs
- French proficiency (written and spoken) is required for roles based in Quebec; English is required for all other roles across Canada
- Strong decision-making skills, using analytics, experience, and sound judgement to act in a timely manner
- Excellent communication ability, with the capacity to tailor your style to different audiences
