You’ll stay current on product updates, purchase options, and sales processes — and you’ll contribute actively to an inclusive, collaborative workplace where every voice and perspective is valued.
Benefits and Salary
The base pay range for this Expert position is between $27.42 and $36.59 per hour, with most new hires starting at $27.42. Pay is determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Beyond base pay, Apple offers a robust total compensation package that includes comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and a range of discounted Apple products and free services. Employees can also become Apple shareholders through discretionary restricted stock unit awards and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, Apple provides tuition reimbursement for formal education related to career advancement, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation assistance.

Responsibilities
As an Apple Expert, your responsibilities span both direct customer engagement and team support. You’ll be expected to consistently deliver results on the sales floor while also helping elevate the knowledge and performance of those around you. - Drive top-performing sales by identifying customer needs, presenting relevant Apple products and services, and guiding them through their purchasing journey
- Stay current on Apple’s full product lineup, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes
- Mentor and support peers by sharing knowledge about products, services, and ownership opportunities across the store
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by personalising solutions and communicating them clearly and effectively
- Maintain accuracy and follow operational guidance in all aspects of your role
- Assist in other store areas as needed, including customer service and support functions
- Champion inclusion and diversity by respecting differences and contributing to a welcoming store environment
Requirements / Skills

- Retail or sales experience, or related work background that demonstrates customer engagement skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (French proficiency required for Quebec-based roles)
