About the Role: Bakery InStore Clerk

This position is at the heart of the in-store experience. You’ll also handle accurate product scanning, assist with identifying inventory needs, and support ordering as required.

The role also involves setting up company-directed promotions and programs, which means staying informed and adaptable. Benefits and Salary

This is a unionised position with a hiring range of $17.60 – $18.45 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The stated range represents the starting range for this role. Responsibilities

Working in the bakery department, you’ll take ownership of keeping the section stocked, clean, and customer-ready throughout your evening shift. These responsibilities are central to delivering the kind of positive in-store shopping experience that Loblaws customers count on.

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding helpfully to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in line with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs as instructed
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards at all times

Requirements / Skills
