About the Role: Bakery InStore Clerk
As a Bakery InStore Clerk, you’ll be responsible for maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked to company standards, and providing a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door. You’ll also assist with inventory management, scan products accurately, and help set up in-store promotions as directed by the company.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be on the floor keeping the bakery section stocked and presentable while engaging with customers throughout the day. Your day-to-day tasks directly support the store’s ability to deliver a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs in a friendly, helpful manner
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company presentation standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering when required
- Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs
- Keep the department area neat, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Engage customers through knowledgeable and helpful conversation about products
