About the Role: Bakery InStore Clerk

Day to day, you’ll be stocking and maintaining bakery product displays, responding to customer questions, and helping ensure the department meets Loblaws’ standards for presentation and availability. You’ll also assist with inventory management, handle product scanning accurately, and support in-store promotions as directed by the company.

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 to $18.45 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by responding to needs and engaging with shoppers in a friendly, knowledgeable way
• Stock and maintain bakery product displays and shelves in accordance with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and flag inventory needs as they arise
• Assist with ordering by identifying low stock and communicating with the team
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs
• Keep the department neat, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
