About the Role: Bakery InStore Clerk

In this position, you’ll be responsible for keeping the bakery section fully stocked and neatly presented to meet company standards. You’ll also handle accurate product scanning, assist with identifying inventory needs, and help set up company-directed promotions and programs. Customer interaction is a key part of the role — you’ll be expected to engage with shoppers in a helpful and friendly manner.

Beyond stocking shelves, you’ll be expected to maintain health and safety standards throughout your department and contribute to a clean, well-organized workspace. This is a unionized position, which means pay rates and working conditions are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Loblaws also uses artificial intelligence tools as part of the applicant screening and selection process.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company presentation standards
