About the Role: Baker Part Time Day

In this part-time bakery position, you’ll be serving customers, maintaining product displays, and carrying out company promotions. You’ll be the face of the bakery, answering questions and sharing your knowledge to help customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Loblaws provides full training, so you’ll be set up for success from day one.

Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll be expected to uphold health and safety standards, keep your department organized, and contribute positively to the team. Flexibility across shifts — including days, evenings, nights, and weekends — is part of the role.

This is a unionized position with a starting pay range of $17.60 – $30.97 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. • Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and sharing bakery knowledge
• Accurately scan and label products to ensure customers receive the right items
• Carry out company-directed promotions and in-store programs as required
• Maintain product displays to keep the bakery section looking fresh and well-stocked
• Keep the department organized and tidy throughout your shift
• Uphold established health and safety standards at all times

Requirements / Skills

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
