About the Role: Associate Manager, Regional Pricing
In this role, you’ll own and manage assigned Regional Pricing workstreams, ensuring all deliverables are executed accurately and on time. You’ll monitor pricing performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure all activity adheres to established guardrails and governance standards. Day-to-day, you’ll be pulling and validating data, building dashboards and reports, analyzing competitor activity, and turning insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Beyond the analytical work, you’ll play an important leadership and mentorship role — reviewing analyst deliverables, coaching team members, and fostering a collaborative, accountability-driven environment. You’ll also serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Pricing Operations, Promotion Strategy, Analytics, and Technology, helping resolve issues and driving consistent execution across the business.

The typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $106,000 CAD annually, with a target salary range of $68,000 to $75,000 CAD annually — dependent on experience, skills, and other factors. Responsibilities
This role covers a wide range of responsibilities spanning operational management, data analysis, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership. - Develop reports, dashboards, and insights that track pricing operations, competitor activity, and customer response
- Act as a subject matter expert for Regional Pricing operations, processes, capabilities, and business rules
- Coach and guide Regional Pricing Analysts, reviewing deliverables and supporting professional development
- Partner with Merchandising, Pricing Operations, Promotion Strategy, Analytics, and Technology to resolve issues and drive execution
- Investigate pricing issues, data discrepancies, and process exceptions, performing root cause analysis and developing sustainable solutions
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and training materials
Requirements / Skills
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in pricing, retail operations, or business analytics, combined with demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - 3–5+ years of experience in Pricing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Business Analysis, Analytics, or a related field
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with experience interpreting and working with large datasets
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, KNIME, or similar analytical tools is considered a strong asset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Experience leading projects, workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment
- Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams with competing priorities
