Responsibilities

Working on the floor of a busy retail location, the Asset Protection Personnel role blends customer service with safety and security responsibilities.   • Welcome customers as they enter the store, delivering a friendly and professional first impression
  • Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and conduct receipt checks as required

  • Escalate any crisis or emergency situations in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports
  • Collaborate with store team members and perform additional assigned duties as required

Requirements / Skills
