About the Role: Apple Channel Store Territory Lead

As a Territory Lead, your days will be spent visiting Apple channel store partners across a defined territory, working directly with store teams and regional leadership to build plans, drive sales results, and ensure Apple’s brand standards are upheld at every point of sale. You’ll conduct product demonstrations, lead training sessions, and serve as a go-to resource for partners and customers alike.

Benefits and Salary

The base pay range for this role is $57,000 to $76,100 CAD, with your individual pay determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In Ontario, qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the range, with exceptional candidates considered for up to the maximum. Beyond base pay, Apple employees are eligible to participate in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock unit award recommendations and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll wear many hats — part brand ambassador, part sales coach, part customer advocate. Your ability to build relationships, maintain brand standards, and lead through influence will be central to driving results across your territory every day.

  • Influence store and regional leadership across multiple points of sale to build strategic plans and achieve partner sales targets
  • Train and collaborate with reseller teams on Apple products, services, and merchandising guidelines to develop knowledgeable brand advocates
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultations — individually or in groups — to promote the Apple ecosystem and communicate value to customers

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus
