As an Apparel Clerk, your main focus is ensuring the department is always well-stocked, organized, and ready for shoppers. Benefits and Salary

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 to $18.45 per hour. This is a unionized position, and pay rates are set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

Day-to-day, the Apparel Clerk keeps the department running smoothly by ensuring shelves are stocked, products are properly displayed, and customers feel supported. These tasks directly shape how shoppers experience the store and contribute to overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.

• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company standards
• Provide great customer service by responding to customer needs in a knowledgeable and courteous manner
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs
• Assist with ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels in the department
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs
• Keep department areas neat and uphold all health and safety standards throughout each shift

Requirements / Skills

Loblaws is looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting. Previous experience is not required — the store team will provide full training to set you up for success.
