This role will require 100% on-site attendance within one of our Network Distribution Centers. It is not a virtual work-from-home position. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement all aspects of Amazon’s Global Safety Program.
- Identify and inform management of compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities through regular audits.
- Facilitate incident investigation processes.
- Maintain required paperwork to comply with Amazon and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments related to jobs performed (Job Hazard Analysis).
- Innovate process improvements and manage actions to completion.
- Train and assist team members in completing safety tasks.
- Provide additional oversight for fire prevention and hazardous waste management.
Basic Qualifications
A bachelor’s or master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2023 and August 2025.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working towards a degree in Health Science, Safety Engineering, Health & Safety, Safety Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially around health and safety needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Project, Visio, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
- Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) certification.
Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary ranging from $56,000 to $84,000/year depending on experience and location.
