Responsibilities

As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of in-store duties that keep operations on track and the team performing at its best. From opening procedures to closing duties, your role touches nearly every aspect of the store’s daily functions.

  • Lead and supervise store associates, offering guidance, support, and direction throughout each shift
  • Manage store merchandising, including shelf stocking, boxing and unboxing daily shipments

  • Carry out manager-on-duty tasks, including coordinating breaks and tracking time and attendance
