Role of the Sr. Marketing Manager

As the Sr. Marketing Manager for Amazon Flex, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive the acquisition and activation of delivery partners. You’ll oversee a team focused on both online and offline channels, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to regional needs and optimized for performance.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, the ability to manage large-scale budgets, and the skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Amazon Flex CA acquisition and onboarding strategy.
  • Manage omni-channel campaigns tailored at the regional level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Oversee budget management to achieve onboarding goals.
  • Analyze data to drive marketing improvements and optimize ROI.
  • Ensure marketing communications are effective and clear, especially in local languages.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in acquisition marketing or channel programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau.
  • Experience executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.
  • Fluency in French (speaking, writing, reading).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
