This isn’t a typical consulting role. You’ll operate at the forefront of Large Language Model (LLM) deployment, collaborating directly with model builders and working with unprecedented speed. As a technical solutions consultant across multiple customer deployments, you’ll bridge complex business challenges with elegant, reasoning-based AI solutions — all while helping define the best practices that will shape the broader Google Cloud ecosystem.

About the Role: Senior AI Solutions Deployment Manager

The Cloud Applied AI (AAI) team powers business growth with Gemini Enterprise. The portfolio includes Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience and other vertical and domain packaged solutions designed to deliver new capabilities with startup agility. In this role, you’ll contribute to the end-to-end delivery of agentic solutions — from defining the agent’s reasoning paths and API tools to establishing guardrails for resilient, autonomous infrastructure. You’ll be working hands-on with a group of deployment specialists, incubating new products and setting the standards for delivery at scale and velocity.

You’ll also serve as a key point of contact during high-stakes customer escalations, providing direct debugging and architectural guidance to both customer developers and C-suite stakeholders. Beyond individual deployments, you’ll deploy pre-general availability features in real-world environments to stress-test capabilities, with your field intelligence directly influencing Google Cloud’s product and developer roadmaps. Cross-functional leadership, executive stakeholder management, and a deep comfort with ambiguity are all central to success in this position.
